PROPERTY LOCATION: From the south end of Frankfort, KS, go 1-1/2 miles south on Hwy. 99 to Vista Rd., then 1/2 mile west on the south side to the northeast corner of the property OR 2 miles south of Frankfort, KS on Hwy. 99 to Wildcat Rd., then 1/2 mile west on the north side to the southeast corner of the property.

This property consists of 80 acres, m/l, of which 65 acres are tillable farmland.
