Auctioneer’s note: Mr. Fechner was a longtime cattleman and rancher in this area. Mr. Fechner was 95 years old and had lived in this home his entire life. All the machinery was purchased locally and used in his operation. Many of the antiques belonged to his parents. All the antiques are in good condition with their original finish. We will run 2 rings part of the day.
