TRACT 1:   Located from the Jct. of Hwy. 77 and Hwy. 9 in Waterville, KS, go 3.2 miles west on Hwy. 9, along the South side.

Legal Description:  The North Half of the Northeast Quarter, less ROW, in Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 5 East, Washington, County, KS
