TRACT 1: Legal Description: The SE1/4 and the East1/2 of the SW1/4 in Section 26 and the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 35 all in Township 15 South Range 16 East, Osage County, KS. Tract 1 is located from the Jcts. of Hwy. 56 and Maple St. in Overbrook, KS, 4 miles South on Shawnee Heights blacktop road to 189th St., then 2 miles West to Paulen Rd., then 1/2 mile South on Paulen Rd. on the West side.
